ALL IN is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiative that works alongside Western New York employers to elevate women and gender minorities into leadership roles. Using gender equity as an entry point, ALL IN takes an intersectional approach to evaluating employers' success and sustainability. ALL IN partners gain valuable data to provide tangible examples of progress to their regulators, investors, funders, communities, and employees.
What It Is
- Gender-based program for employers that goes beyond training to create systems change
- POWER Pathway - toolkit of 30 strategies covering policy, operations, workplace culture, leadership development, education, and intersectionality
- Community based learning opportunities

- Choose POWER strategies to achieve over 18 months
- Monitor EEOC data to track success
- Collaborate with internal leadership, HR, and DEI roles to implement changes
- Learn and share with other like minded cohort members in quarterly meetings
- Work towards the POWER Seal - a recruitment and retention tool to validate your work
